5. Guarantees, Exchanges, Cancellations and Returns

As a user and customer, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to cancel your purchase and return the product(s), starting from the moment you receive the order, provided it is not a personalized product, that is, modified for our customers according to their instructions. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for personalized products.
Customized products may have slight modifications in terms of color, weight, texture, materials, size, or design, always fulfilling the purpose and initial idea shown on our website. You, in turn, must treat Craftjw products with the utmost care, ensuring they are unused and have not been subjected to unsuitable or damaging conditions, nor to any handling that could impair their condition. It is your responsibility to store them properly until we at Kiemmi have inspected them, should you wish to return them or file a claim.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@craftjw.com requesting a refund for your order.
Once the item is returned and we verify its incorrect condition, we will process the refund, including the initial shipping costs for the most basic option (Standard Shipping). If the return is due to an error on our part, Craftjw will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will return the refund amount within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product, and using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
We reserve all intellectual and industrial property rights included on the Craftjw website, including, but not limited to: texts, images, graphic design, trademarks, navigation structure, information, and content. If you, as a user, personalize a product on the Kiemmi website with an image you provide that is not from Craftjw's image catalog, you must guarantee that you possess all necessary Intellectual and Industrial Property rights, as well as any image or privacy rights pertaining to individuals or legal entities, required to use the image in the manner you wish. Furthermore, as a user, you grant us a limited license to reproduce, communicate, distribute, and transform the image you provide into the personalized product(s) you order. This license will terminate once the product is manufactured and shipped to your delivery address.
You exempt Craftjw from any liability for third-party claims arising from the illegitimate or criminal use of images subject to Intellectual or Industrial Property, or image or privacy rights of natural persons in personalized products through our websites.
7. Complaints and Claims
As a customer, you can always contact info@craftjw.com To submit any complaint, suggestion, or claim arising from the provision of our services, please provide your invoice or order number to expedite the process. We commit to responding to requests within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt. If the complaint concerns a product not manufactured by Kiemmi, this timeframe may need to be extended to allow us time to contact the manufacturer.
You may not submit complaints or claims regarding orders once seven (7) days have passed since their effective delivery.
8. Craftjw Rights
8.1 Monitoring
